Aluminum Competition Actions (Viper, Rattler, Cobra and Python)

• All actions come with rings and trigger guard included in price.

• All actions use an aluminum main body with 416R stainless steel barrel insert hardened to 41 Rockwell C.

• Available in left or right bolt, left or right port.  All CNC machined.

• Firing pin design helps eliminate primer piercing by the high pressure loads used by today's top shooters.

• All aluminum parts are hard anodized for wear and smooth action.  Black and the natural dark gray colors are available.

• Armoloy industrial hard chrome style coating on bolt for smooth action and galling prevention.  Bolt fit to body is .0015 to .0020.

• Factory-lapped 2 lug bolt with 30 degree coned front with sliding extractor used on non Drop Port models.  Drop Port models use the Remington style nose.  Made of S7 tool steel hardened to 40 Rockwell C.

• Universal face diameter fits PPC and 308/BR on standard action.  Spiral-fluted to reduce weight.

• Chamfered port for easy cartridge insertion and removal.

• Designed to fit Jewell trigger on hanger; any Remington style will fit.

• All actions except the Python use 1.0625-18 tpi, 1.115 inch headspace.  The Python uses a 1.1875-18 tpi, 1.375 headspace and requires a barrel diameter of 1.25 min.

• Integral dovetail scope mount, rings and trigger guard included.  Compatible with any Davidson style ring such as ours or Kelby rings.

• Ergonomic bolt handle and wear pin installed in action are made of 17-4 ph stainless steel hardened to 40 Rockwell C

Stainless Competition Actions (Diamondback, D'back and Viper SS)

• Diamondback actions come with rings and trigger guard included in price.  Viper SS comes with trigger guard included.

• All actions use 416R or 17-4 ph stainless steel hardened to 41 Rockwell C.

• Available in left or right bolt, left or right port.  All CNC machined.

• Bolt hole is gundrilled and then wire edm'ed with the rails to ensure exact tolerances and size control.  Bolt fit to body is .0015 to .0020.

• Standard finish is satin brushed outside with matte internal surfaces.

• Armoloy industrial hard chrome style coating on bolt for smooth action and galling prevention.

Stainless Hunting Actions (Predator series)

• Drop in replacement for popular Remington 700 and 40X series actions.  Fits same stocks, triggers and has same nominal headspacing.

• Available in short and long length, single shot or repeater and 223, 308 and magnum boltfaces.  The PredXtreme is specifically designed for the 338 Lapua Magnum or 378 Weatherby based cartridges.

• All action bodies use 416R stainless steel hardened to 41 Rockwell C.

• Armoloy industrial hard chrome style coating on bolt for smooth action and galling prevention.  Bolt is also factory lapped.  Bolts are spiral fluted.

• Bolt hole is gun-drilled and then wire edm'ed with the rails to ensure exact tolerances and size control.  Bolt fit to body is typically .0040 to .0060.

• Rails incorporate anti-bind rail for smooth operation when sliding bolt across port cutout.

• Repeaters have extended magazine cutout for use with HS Precision or Wyatt Outdoors extended magazines as well as factory Remington.

• Davidson dovetail or picatinney rails are available from SPF.  Standard front Remington bases fit both front and rear mounts.

• Standard finish is bead blasted matte.

• Bolt stop is on side above the stock line.

• Full round back and smaller port allow for a much stiffer action and perfect scope alignment.

• Uses industry standard Remington style firing pin.

• All actions use 1.0625-16 tpi, 0.700 inch headspace.

• PredXtreme actions use 1.125-16 tpi, 1.000 inch headspace.

• NOW Available in right bolt right port AND left bolt left port.

• Drop in replacement for popular Remington 700 series actions.  Fits same stocks, triggers and has same nominal headspacing.

• Available in short, long and 338 Lapua length. TAC30 actions have 223 and 308 and magnum boltfaces, TAC300 actions have 308 or magnum boltfaces.  The TAC338 is specifically designed for the 338 Lapua Magnum or 378 Weatherby based cartridges.

• All action bodies use 416R stainless steel hardened to 41 Rockwell C.

• Bolt hole is gun-drilled and then wire edm'ed with the rails to ensure exact tolerances and size control.  Bolt fit to body is typically .0040 to .0060.

• Rails incorporate anti-bind rail for smooth operation when sliding bolt across port cutouts.

• Bolt is factory lapped and either coated with Armoloy or black oxide coated to reduce visibility.  Bolts are spiral fluted.

• Repeaters have standard magazine cutout for use with Remington parts or we offer a bedding system that uses proven Accuracy International magazines.

• Picatinney rails are available from SPF.  Standard front Remington bases fit both front and rear mounts.

• Standard finish is bead blasted matte with a black oxide coating.
